The secret behind this influence and its physical attraction is hidden in within the beauty of a soul that has learnt how to harmonize (to bring in one accord) these three elements of a Human soul (1: Discipline, 2: Compassion, 3: and Humility).
The capacity of being able to draw closer someone that is in opposition with your ways of doing things, to the extent that he himself will start to believe, to defend and to support your ways, this ability lies in within your Humility.
Humility in it's beauty is not compromise or lack of being able to fight and put up an argument so that you may prove your point, but it's the knowledge and wisdom of understanding that there are battles in life we fight and win through the act of Humility (submission, or Humbleness).
