Week 2 Gevurah-Discipline

Majesty-Discipline (the majestic/dignity side of discipline) Malchut-Gevurah in Hebrew

Discipline must enhance the qualities of majesty (being able to inspire others) and dignity (the state of being able to encourage, to edify and to raise up in rank) knowing that the reason why you discipline yourself or others is not because of becoming good on how you carry out your disciplining methods, but it's because of creating a better environment of fellowship and relationships with others.

Because if you want to cultivate a disciplined character in others or yourself, you must also come up with ways to compliment every step you take towards your goal even if you have achieved the results you want or not, and then after complimenting yourself or your students, that's when you can think of adjusting, correcting and dealing with the areas that you feel needs to be improved.
