What can I do to be totally set free?

I used to be a homosexual before I got saved, but I am still struggling with these evil desires and feelings for men, and I can't seem to get rid of them, what can I do because I want to be totally free?

 

 

ANSWER:

In your situation, you are trying to fight against something that you once believed in, and enjoyed doing, and also you were emotionally (feelings, desires and will) connected to it.

This means that, this character had taken root (grown into maturity) in your character, Now; for you to become totally free (erasing the memories, feelings and desires) that have already taken form in within your soul, you need to be radical with your relationship with God.

So I advise that you should seek God (pray and fast if necessary) and pray that God may lead you to a ministry that He will use in your life to father you, (spiritual parents that you can trust and pour out all you life, energy, ideas, emotions, tithe, and desires in them), so that you may reverse and draw back your spiritual energies and physical energies that you have misused, and desires that you have deceived through these previous sexual relationships that have deposited a wrong picture of what love is.

Because; for you to be able to transform a bad or evil habit which you once were sexually connected to, you must first find a good habit or a good spiritual relationship that can relate your life (emotions, desires, thoughts, feeling, time and behavior) to the new life stile that you want to adapt, What you need is a godly, anointed ministry with a marriage that is built on biblical godly principles that can become your physical living example, where you receive your spiritual teachings, where you give your tithe, am talking about you having a place where you reveal your faithfulness towards God's will for your life.

And also pray to God, let this be your everyday prayer life, thanking God for giving you a soul that loves to do His will, confess this scripture every day, Psalm 119:25-49 and Psalm  119:97-117,

And remember that there is nothing that Yeshua Jesus Christ our Lord can't do in your life, if you permit Him.

You need a God fearing spiritual parents that will mentor you, so that the empty part in you which has been abused by wrong leadership and sexual relationships may be restored, revived, given life and transformed back into God's image.
