I am beginning my 3 days fasting tomorrow, is there any food that you can recommend, which is good to eat while I am fasting, and for how many hours should I fast every day before I break my fast?

 

 

ANSWER:

Before I answer your question, I want to remind you that fasting is always applied when ever somebody is in a desperate need for a change or when somebody wants to break bad habits and transform them into good ones, so what you need to think of first is the area of your eating.

If you love meat, pork (pig meat) you will have to sacrifice that through these 3 days of your fasting, because meat that was not slaughtered right and unclean food like; pork meat, shrimps, and bacon contains material elements that builds up bad cells which increases bad or evil energies that accumulates the feelings and the strong craving desires of lust (energies that empowers the evil habits in within some body's body).

When you are fasting you must also remember to discipline yourself in the area of watching, listening, speaking and being obedient to your spiritual teachers that encourages your desire of wanting to change, because that will motivate you through your fasting,

John 6:63 says; the words I speak to you there are spirit ( DNA ) and there are life (living cells).

Romans 10:17 says; faith comes by hearing and the hearing of the word of God, so through your time of fasting try your best to watch videos, read books , listen to audios that will strengthen your body and give you cells (energies) that will make you overcome your negative energies.

For how many hours should I fast a day before I break my fast?

That depends on the concentration and the tolerance of your brain capacity, simply meaning that; if you see yourself loosing concentration in your obligations, and becoming more irritated (easily upset, whining and getting a little bit dizzy) then you need to eat something like bread or it could be a fruit or take a drink of juice, so that you may give energy to your brain and be able to continue with what you are doing.

The best food to eat;

When you break your fast; try to eat things that contains nutrients that will increase healthy and good cells into your body, things like (salads, fruits, bread, fish, potatoes)

But there are also people who are able to break with a glass of water and a peace of bread, and if you feel like your body is able to handle that then go for it, but you should remember that fasting is not for the sake of punishing your body, but it is for the sake of forcing or disciplining your body to adjust to the things that will make your life better.
