What is tithe?

I have heard so many different things being said about tithe.

This is what tithe is:

Tithe is 10 % of your income, from every source it is coming from!

It could be your salary, child benefit, other benefits, or if you pick money on the street, if someone gives you money as a seed etc…...every money that comes into your possession must be tithed.

When it comes to your salary or benefits which has been tax redacted before you received it, you have to count the 10% from it before the tax was redacted from it, because that is what you are earning, that is what you agreed on when you signed the job contract and  that is what you are also going to declare at the end of your  tax year declaration.

If someone gives you 10 dollars you have to tithe it, when God sees your faithfulness in even these small details, He will prosper you even more.

When you are separating the tithe, it is like saying to God; bless what is left, bless the things I am going to buy or use the other 90% on, open up the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing ( the power to invoke favour , success and  prosperity) there will not be room enough for you to receive it.

Let me tell you something; my husband and I we even we even tithe the money we happen to overdraw, let's say, we bought something using overdraft, we even tithe that money which we overdrew and then God makes sure we clear that overdraft quick, so we wont be charged interest on it.

I am not telling people to go in debt, but IF it happens, it is good to tithe that money as well.

If someone sows a seed, you have to honour God, who touched that person to sow, by giving  your 10% of that seed.

Tithe is your honour that acknowledges God's existence in that exact thing that you are taking that tithe from.

Tithe is the way you put value on God's kingdom, because the things that you value the most in your life, these are the things that are always on you heart.
