One of the greatest teachers in God's word is Adam, and one of the most outstanding spiritual leaders in the bible that did not leave anything undone is Jesus Christ (Yeshua) our Lord.
Now, what is the difference between a teacher and a leader?
Adam taught Abel, his son , how to please God and he also gave him information about the things that God likes and the things that God dislikes, but yet he himself was not fully abiding to what he was teaching.
He had a weakness that he had not completely surrendered to God, but still, he was a good teacher.
For example when I was still in school we had a teacher that used to teach us about health, and one of the topics I remember him teaching was about smoking.
He used to quote a statement that goes like this; Smoking is bad, it is not good for your health, because every cigarette you smoke will redact (take away) four seconds of your life and even destroy your lungs, and as a result of your smoking , you will get a cough that will gradually kill you.
But you know what? this teacher himself was a chain smoker, students in our class used to catch him smoking behind the toilet walls.
Yes he was a good teacher but a bad leader.
Who is a spiritual leader?

A spiritual leader is someone who continually lines up his life with what he believes in.
He spiritually connects himself to the spiritual system that governs his life, by totally relying and submitting his life to the spiritual source
(faith in God), so that his physical ways of doing things may reflect his obedience to the spiritual realm.
*A leader is someone that will refuse to compromise the standards and the integrity of what he believes in,
because he knows this for sure, that the students he teaches or the group of people that he is leading will only do and receive things that you yourself practice.
In other words, a leader understands that to teach and impart character in the ones you are teaching , you yourself have to possess the same character that you are trying to give into others.
The group of people that you are leading, becomes a reflection picture of what you are, and not what you talk about a lot.
*A leader is someone that will insist on doing the right things and choosing the right choices because in so doing, this will give spiritual ability to enable his people that he is leading, to desire and to be willing to do the things that he commands and teaches them.
*A leader will always seek for spiritual counsel of how to lead his people from his spiritual covering, so that he may not allow his own weakness to negatively influence his leadership.
*A leader is always willing to submit under other departments of leadership, where it is spiritually needed, so that he or she may not transfer evil signals of rebellion into his students or group of people that he is leading.
*A leader is someone that is fully convinced that before things takes on a physical structure, they must first be spiritually mature and spiritually attended to through his obedience to the things of the spirit.
Now, time has come for you to be able to discern between a teacher and a leader in your life, because a leader will lead your life into something that is greater than yourself,
he will lead you from an environment that influences your life negatively and bring you into a place that will enable you to fulfil the divine purpose of your destiny, as on the other hand, the teacher may just provide you with information that you need without implementing character into your life,
But a leader will provide you with the information that you need, and at the same time he or she will also be able to reveal the mystery on how to turn the information that he teaches you into your physical character that will solve the physical circumstance that you are going through.
