What is the meaning of the word dancing:

Dance means to express an emotional feeling, energy or a frequency of joy which derives or comes from a musical vibration.

Dance is an art form that generally refers to movement of the body.

to use the body to express, to demonstrate or to speak a body language which reveals the energies, and the spiritual environment that controls and rules over a person's body, to move one's feet or body, rhythmically in a pattern of steps, esp. to the accompaniment of music.

Dance may also be regarded as a form of nonverbal communication between humans, humans and animals can communicate their feelings of love, and desires for each other through the art of dancing.

Dancing reveals the spiritual energies in ones life:
In some cultures dancing is used an expression that exposes or reveals someone's soul or inner desires to her soul mate, thus helping the person that wants to get married into the realm of being able to choose the right spouse for his marriage.

Judges 21:23 says: So that is what the Benjamites did. While the girls were dancing, each man caught one and carried her off to be his wife. Then they returned to their inheritance and rebuilt the towns and settled in them.

Dancing used as an expression or worship towards God, after God's people have achieved victory over their enemies as Miriam in Exodus 15:20-21 and Jephthah's daughter in Judges 11:34, danced to express God's supremacy.

2 Samuel 6:14 says; David, wearing a linen ephod, danced before the LORD with all his might, Jeremiah 31:4 says; I will build you up again and you will be rebuilt, O Virgin Israel. Again you will take up your tambourines and go out to dance with the joyful. Through dancing a human body can either express and release or demonstrate the negative energies with an evil nature, or the body can also be able to demonstrate the positive energies which reveals God's spiritual reality. There are many types of dancing styles which pertain to the different cultures that are in the earth, hip-hop dance, salsa dance, Erotic dance, Hebrew dance, tango dance, classical ballet dance, flamenco dance, aerobic dance, break dance, jive dance etc..
