On the Miss America contest 2009, Miss California was asked a question about what she thought about legalizing gay marriages in the USA.
Her biblical answer did not please some of the judges. Perez Hilton who is openly gay, was offended by the answer Miss California gave when she said that a marriage is supposed to be between a man and a woman and because of that, she did not win the crown of Miss America...
